Must Have
Superior English language proficiency (B2 or higher), A minimum of 5 years of substantiated experience as a Project Manager, demonstrating leadership in team management and personnel oversight within a matrix environment, International client experience is non-negotiable, Proven track record of project management excellence within a consulting or software organization, with a specific focus on delivering solutions to external clients, Extensive experience managing the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) as a project manager, encompassing all phases from discovery through design and development of custom solutions, Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers is crucial, Proven capacity to simultaneously oversee multiple large-scale projects with precision and efficiency, Comprehensive experience in managing IT and Software delivery projects is essential, Established proficiency in cultivating and maintaining robust customer relationships is a prerequisite, Demonstrated ability to adeptly address both business and technical issues with equal competence, Proven adaptability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment is mandatory, Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively and effectively within a global team environment is critical, business acumen and strategic orientation are indispensable, Advanced proficiency in revenue forecast management is required, Expertise in budget management is non-negotiable, A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields is mandatory, Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential

Meticulously oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: Initiation
Monitoring and Control
Implement and utilize advanced project management methodologies
and templates with utmost efficiency
Precisely define project tasks
develop comprehensive project plans
and rigorously monitor
and communicate project progress
Exercise strict control over project scope and scope changes
Provide authoritative leadership and motivation to the assigned project team
delivering constructive performance feedback
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
representing the organization with utmost professionalism in internal and external/customer forums through effective communication
Function as a trusted advisor for assigned clients
providing expert assistance in the development of strategic roadmaps and long-term plans to maximize solution leverage and ROI
