What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of experience within the construction industry, 4+ years multifamily/hotel experience as a PM, Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling software required, Ability to read construction plans and specifications is required, Fluent in English, with reading, speaking, and writing skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Nice to Have

At least 2 projects 150 units+ from start to finish is preferred, Experience with Procore preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred

What You'll Do.

Perform quantity take-offs and estimating

Procure lowest competitive bids

Contact utilities and agencies

Develop and update project schedule weekly

Supervise Project Superintendents

Identify problems or potential problems

Prioritize tasks for smooth progress

Supervise tasks and responsibilities

Visit project site frequently

Negotiate and write sub-contracts

Implement material processing

Track all costs incurred

Review all timesheets

Problem-solve with authorities

Write and sign Purchase Orders

Monitor sub-contractors' agreements

Assure procedures meet AHBI standards

Verify required inspections

Inspect and note deficiencies

Meet close-out requirements

Verify schedule updates

Verify tool inventory and maintenance

Enforce Company Safety and Security Policy
