Macquarie University is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Property Management team in the Minor Works Portfolio, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming campus infrastructure and creating spaces that inspire learning, research, and collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of minor works and refurbishment projects valued up to $5 million, working alongside a collaborative team of property professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for the University community. You'll enjoy the autonomy to drive projects from inception to completion while being supported by experienced senior leaders and a committed Project Coordinator. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope and quality standards. * Collaborating with Macquarie Property team members and key internal stakeholders to identify and define business needs and requirements relating to programs of build, refurbishment and/or infrastructure
