What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of Project Management or Program Management required, Legal authorization to work in the U. S. indefinitely is required

Nice to Have

Experience with Public Safety communications systems, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Understanding local public safety customers, such as police, fire, and emergency medical services, Be able to effectively lead and drive all assigned projects, Proficient in developing project documents, Experience in a cloud-based document management system (Google Workspace), Must be a self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives, Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, Be able to think outside of the scope of responsibilities and take initiative, Be able to work collaboratively with regional and territorial management, Be able to effectively communicate with relevant peers and senior stakeholders

Understands business implications on projects

Acquires and maintains understanding of internal workflows

Serves as primary point of contact for customers

Establishes and maintains contact with customers

Provides regular status updates

Organizes and facilitates meetings with customers

and maintains project schedules

Leads scheduling status reviews

Perform detailed analyses of program data

Provides ongoing assessment and coverage of risks

Alert management of any problem(s)

Prepares plan of action to resolve issues

and maintains project budgets

Analyses project costs

Leads cost status reviews

Ensures designated standards and processes are followed
