What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ten years professional experience, minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Project Manager coordinating MEP design and construction on Industrial / Manufacturing / Data Center projects, Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation Systems, Commissioning experience is required, Fluent in English and Spanish, Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, Microsoft Office tools, Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM
Nice to Have
PMI certification is a plus, Experience in LEED projects is a plus

Analyze electromechanical and special installations

Verify Mexican legislation norms fulfillment
Elaborate and control reports
Monitor contractor craftsmen qualification
Recommend actions for improvement
Monitor work site for pipe/mechanical disciplines
Evaluate construction drawings
Evaluate technical specifications
Evaluate scope of works
Compare project against standards
Develop construction schedule
Develop cost estimates
Contribute to risk analysis
Update project risks matrix
Apply safety standards
Implement safety best practices
Oversee equipment installation
Inspect fabrication of piping
Inspect fabrication of equipment
Inspect installation of piping

Plan pre-commissioning
Execute pre-commissioning
Execute commissioning
