What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least five years’ equipment rental or related industry experience or equivalent experience managing large construction projects, Excellent knowledge of construction equipment required, Basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system, interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in developing relationships, Excellent written and verbal communicator with presentation skills, project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Able to read instructions, numbers legibly in English
What You'll Do.
Ensure teammates and contractors adhere to site and Sunbelt Rentals’ safety requirements
Provide assistance to management staff as needed
Manage communication between shareholders on each jobsite
Plan and coordinate scheduling and resource meetings
Review and analyze management and equipment reports
Perform and document follow up calls
Review and analyze merchandise inventories
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Deliver complete project closeout documentation
