Business or technical degree or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience, Basic knowledge of contract law or experience in contract-compliant project execution, Fluent German and English in spoken and written, Experience in the professional leadership and management of project teams (ideally in the hospital sector), Business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking, Above-average customer, service, and team orientation, Professional communication skills as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working, High flexibility combined with the ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities, as well as the willingness for continuous learning, Analytical and strong organizational skills combined with very good oral and written expression skills, Project-related travel readiness up to 30%

Central control and coordination of internal and external strategic IT projects in partnership with regional project management
and control of complex and strategic IT projects for the introduction of new products
Coordination of development requirements within the project
