Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

What You'll Do.
leading and coordinating projects
ensuring projects are delivered on time
maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
defining project scope
developing and managing detailed project plans
and resource allocations
scheduling internal staff and subcontractors for installations
tracking multiple project budgets
monitoring project margins and profitability metrics
overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle
maintaining a regular cadence of Work-In-Progress (WIP) review meetings
ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
collaborating with integration services to optimize resource allocation
ensuring clean project closeout
managing multiple projects and responding to emergent changes
identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
coordinating with pre-sales and post-sales engineering
ensuring compliance with operational procedures
supporting process improvement initiatives
resolving project issues
supporting procurement and vendor management
identifying potential sales opportunities
ensuring all installations meet client specifications and industry standards
overseeing documentation
and commissioning of AV
monitoring installation progress through site visits and client meetings
maintaining compliance with internal processes
and regulatory requirements
promoting professionalism among installation staff

This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. PRIMARY DUTIES include but not limited to: Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using ERP and project management tools such as ConnectWise and Microsoft products. Schedule internal staff and subcontractors for installations and manage workflows. Track multiple project budgets, milestones, and deliverables
