Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, Significant experience managing LBE projects, Qualification in project management, Proven expertise in coordinating projects, Experience working across licensors, Stakeholder management skills, Commercially aware, Organized, Detail-oriented, Ability to manage multiple projects, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in project management tools
Nice to Have
Familiarity with design review processes, Familiarity with fit-out coordination, Familiarity with drawing review, Familiarity with construction documentation, Experience with branded destinations, Experience with ticketed experiences, Experience with internationally licensed projects, Experience with IP-led consumer experiences

About the Role The Project Manager (PM) will work directly with licensees, licensors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to oversee the creative development and execution of multiple Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) projects, ensuring projects are delivered on brand, on schedule, and aligned with creative and commercial objectives. The PM will be responsible for managing project timelines, approvals, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and key delivery milestones across multiple projects and partners. This role requires strong project management capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex experiential and IP-driven projects in a fast-paced international environment. In addition to core project management responsibilities, the role will also support selected business development and account management activities, helping ensure continuity between commercial discussions and project execution. * Lead the creative development process for LBE projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet business objectives. * Develop and manage project plans with internal teams, third-party vendors, and licensees, setting clear goals, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and responsibiliti
