Working closely with a site superintendent, you will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The goal of this role is to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, strong organizational skills, and must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. ### Job Duties: * You will maintain confidentiality around financial strategies and internal budgeting discussions * You will determine resources needed from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations (i.e. equipment, materials, team headcount, etc.) * You will plan all construction operations
