Full Job Description

**Project Manager IV (Business Operations)** Hybrid in Fremont, CA **Responsibilities** * Convert customers and internal user’s ERP system requirements into System development sprints using Scrum & Waterfall Methodologies. * Work with programmers to implement global ERP business modules across the current system architecture. * Design and Develop data distribution model for application program interface (API’s) also connect internal ERP modules for seamless IT data exchange. * Design and development of an ERP system module to automatically calculate and deliver quotes to customers. * Deploy programs that leverage data warehouses and provide data visibility to customers and internal users. Examples include, aging inventory reporting calculations, manufacturing KPIs and Engineering KPIs, regularly testing Hyve’s ERP infrastructure and delivering a vulnerability assessment, working with programmers to address gaps in the ERP infrastructure. * Execute ERP projects by implementing project management methodologies that are hybrid of Agile and Scrum. * Calculate Earned Value for each development ERP sprint. * Manage deployment of new IT tools for internal and external customers. * Test and implement IT Business Continuity measures for Hyve Track Planner Value, Earned Value and Cost details for all project deliveries on a quarterly basis. * Oversee projects with precision and insight. * Drive innovation and find effective solutions to challenges within the project scope. * Role is hybrid with 3 days in office permitted within reasonable commuting distance of the Fremont, CA office. **Requirements** * Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, or related role where required experience gained. * Also requires experience in the following: * Managing complex projects for SMT machines equipment
