What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of project coordination or project management experience, experience within IT, security, risk, or compliance, Demonstrated ability to support complex, cross-functional initiatives, Working knowledge of information security and GRC concepts, organizational and follow-through skills, Clear, concise communicator, Ability to manage multiple workstreams without direct authority, Execution-focused, detail-oriented, Comfortable operating in a support/enablement role, collaborator who works effectively with senior functional leaders, Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Nice to Have
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment, PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification, Exposure to security/compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, SOC 2)
What You'll Do.
Coordinate security and GRC initiatives
Develop and maintain project plans
Track progress and manage dependencies
Translate priorities into actionable plans
Support intake and prioritization of work
Ensure alignment with leadership direction
Provide status updates
Coordinate communication across teams
Prepare materials for reporting
Assist in coordinating audit activities
Support rollout of policies
Maintain documentation

Team & Collaboration
Work in close partnership with Director of Security and Director of GRC; Coordinate communication across IT, legal, risk, and administrative teams; Work effectively with senior functional leaders

Clear, concise communicator; Communicate with executive and partner audiences; Provide clear, concise status updates; Coordinate communication
Process & Methodology
Project coordination, Project management, Develop and maintain project plans, Track progress, Manage dependencies, Ensure follow-through on deliverables, Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of work, Maintain centralized tracking of milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, Identify risks and escalate appropriately
