The Project Manager, IT & Operations role is a key member of StackAdapt’s IT & Operations team, leading cross-functional projects that help our business scale through better processes, systems, and ways of working. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that span teams such as Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec. A successful Project Manager at StackAdapt is someone who can bring structure to complex work, keep stakeholders aligned, and move projects forward with clarity and accountability. You’ll help scope requirements, manage timelines and dependencies, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered with measurable business impact.
