The role demonstrates initiative to initiate projects, conduct feasibility studies, prepare business cases, and analyze and document complex data and processes to provide estimates of work effort and duration for projects. The Project Manager, IT, uses independent judgment to determine methods and approaches to work, utilizing the project tracking system to manage project reviews and prepare and distribute project status, updates, and progress reports to project stakeholders. In addition, the role acts as a resource integrator for their area, managing stakeholder expectations related to the project scope and timeline constraints. _At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
