What is the ideal profile for this position? 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, with practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with ERP and/or CRM applications, as well as a solid understanding of retail management, customer experience, and/or manufacturing systems within an IT ecosystem. Professional accreditation in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels, with strategic maturity to manage executive expectations. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, document projects effectively, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and work in a dynamic environment with rigor and organization.
