Full Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure, you will lead complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico, ensuring end-to-end execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will act as a key execution leader within the PMO, coordinating across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate to drive project success. About the Role Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico. Drive cross-functional alignment across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate. Maintain detailed project trackers, risk registers, and dashboards to ensure full visibility and control. Ensure timely follow-up on action items, deliverables, and dependencies across all stakeholders. Prepare and lead project status meetings, capturing decisions and ensuring follow-through. Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks before they impact timelines or delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, both internally and externally. Provide structured project reports to the Expert Project Manager and senior leadership. Mentor the Junior Project Manager and support continuous improvement of PM methodologies and processes. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record in infrastructure, construction, real estate, or expansion projects. Advanced Excel and project management tools (MS Project or equivalent, must be demonstrated) Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and structured execution.
