### **Job Description** ## Overview The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day management of road construction activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. ## Your role * Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors. * Prepare and monitor project execution plans and resource allocations. * Review design documents, technical submissions, and material approvals. * Oversee roadworks (earthworks, pavement, asphalt, utilities, drainage). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Prepare project progress reports and manage client communication. * Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions. * Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams. ## About you * Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. * 12–15 years experience in road/highway project management. * Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. * Good understanding of road construction techniques and standards. ## Rewards & benefits Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
