What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related field, Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification, Proven experience working within integrated healthcare systems and value-based care environments, understanding of healthcare delivery models, payer-provider relationships, and regulatory frameworks, Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI), Proficiency in project management software, MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience working with government/civilian agencies or in the health care industry, Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, Experience in managing virtual or telehealth projects
