The role involves end-to-end ownership of project execution including **CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Building Controls**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead project execution covering **installation, commissioning, and delivery** * Manage **IBMS systems** including CCTV, ACS, and controls * Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines and site activities * Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements * Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams **Requirements:** * 15+ years of experience in **IBMS/ELV project execution** * Hands-on experience in **CCTV, ACS, Controls systems** * Strong knowledge of **installation & commissioning** * Proven track record in **project management & delivery** * Candidate must be from **similar IBMS background**
