Must Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in science or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated industry environment, High School Diploma plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry environment, Demonstrated ability to complete long-range projects, Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, customers, internal and external demands
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects
Establish working relationships with client project teams
Ensure customer expectations are documented and acted upon
Act efficiently in an environment with dynamic timelines
Monitor and report performance metrics
Create required project plans
Implement and monitor progress against project plans
Revise project plans as necessary
Monitor project schedule and scope
Ensure project schedule and scope remain on track
Provide project support for kit provision and logistics
Provide project support for sample management
Provide project support for lab services
Provide project support for relocation services
Provide project support for training
Provide project support for management of alliances/partnerships
Engage in quality assurance activities
Engage in risk management activities
Ensure project deliverables are met
Participate in pre-sale discussions
Participate in client meetings
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to quality and productivity initiatives
Develop new processes and SOPs
Maintain SOPs to maintain audit-ready alignment
