What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or Project Management discipline, 3–5 years of experience in technical or engineering project management, Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as P&IDs, one-lines, and layout drawings, Demonstrated ability to build and manage project schedules based on engineering and operational inputs, organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through on action items, Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across functions, Proficiency with project management tools (e. g. , Monday. com, MS Project, Salesforce-Mission Control) and Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
experience in power generation, packaged equipment, or field services, Working knowledge of generator systems, electrical packaging, or engineered equipment deployment, Familiarity with electrical gear, balance of plant, and site deployment or commissioning processes
