Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in health discipline, health care administration, computer science, business or related degree, Project Management certification required, Demonstrated experience managing integrations between clinical/biomedical devices and hospital information systems, Manage interface development and implementation activities involving industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Enterprise applications

Nice to Have

Experience in end user device deployments is an asset, Experience in implementing and operating a modern HIMSS stage 6 IT-enabled projects, Experience managing complex budgets, working with large cross functional teams and 3rd party teams is an asset, Understanding of hospital workflows in either clinical or non-clinical areas is an asset

What You'll Do.

Oversee full lifecycle of projects

Create detailed technical project plans

Establish project scope

Facilitate meetings with teams

Make detailed device and peripheral decisions

Participate in project activities related to Epic implementation

Develop project documentation

Manage project budgets

Maintain documentation for key project decisions

Document and mitigate escalations/issues related to Epic implementation

Partner with Epic HIS vendor representatives

Maintain communication with vendor staff

Help vendor staff understand hospital operational needs

and execution of biomedical

Ensure alignment with project scope

Lead cross-functional testing with teams

Deliver integrated solutions

Manage interface development and implementation activities

Analyze user requirements

Produce creative solutions to meet end user needs

Support project success beyond assigned tasks

Overcome obstacles and difficult situations
