Job Summary The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for the client and is responsible for managing project administration, document control, and financial oversight. This role requires the ability to work independently across multiple projects or on a dedicated large-scale project, in close coordination with field staff and senior leadership. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between the client, design team, consultants, and subcontractors throughout all phases of the project Lead and manage all aspects of project administration, including document control, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation Prepare, review, and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports in coordination with senior leadership and accounting teams Oversee and execute all project financial controls, including managing owner and subcontractor change orders, billing, receivables, lien releases, and subcontractor payments Develop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the Superintendent, ensuring alignment with phasing, long-lead items, and procurement timelines Partner with field staff to coordinate daily construction activities, monitor quality, and
