This role focuses on ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining high‑quality reporting, and coordinating multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, international environment. ### YOU WILL * Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track. * Support Project Managers and PMO by maintaining structured processes, templates, and reporting standards. * Prepare and update dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and transparency of project data. * Monitor risks and issues, proactively flagging potential delays and supporting mitigation planning. * Manage communication flows between global, regional, and local teams. * Coordinate cross‑functional inputs for product launches, new market entries, and retail infrastructure projects. * Ensure documentation quality, version control, and proper archiving of project materials. * Support commercial marketing execution by coordinating campaign assets, timelines, and in‑store activation materials. * Collaborate with key business areas including Brand Retail, Brand Content, CX, B2B deployment, GBS deployment, and Commercial Planners to ensure alignment and timely delivery. * Contribute to GTR business priorities by supporting initiatives that drive commercial performance and retail excellence. **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project manage
