What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years in product management and/or similar R&D experience leading strategic, cross-functional programs, 5+ years leadership experience in operations and/or working closely with Operations in a global environment, Knowledge of global medical device regulatory requirements and working in regulated and non-regulated product environments, Experience driving global transfers, localization, integration, or complex launch ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar discipline
Nice to Have
Certificate in Project Management, Proficiency in Mandarin and/or German
What You'll Do.
leading the global execution of transfer
and integration projects
build new organizational capabilities
meet critical business requirements
Own end-to-end planning and execution of defined global transfer/ localization/ integration projects
Ensure delivery against agreed scope
Identify portfolio-specific optimization opportunities by applying the localization/transfer process across products
define and drive corrective actions that improve speed
Ensure full compliance with global LMS standards for all product launches in regional markets
ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and EHS requirements
Act as the liaison between Product Management
Industrial Engineering
Contribute to and/or support development of business plans for localized support go-to-market strategy development

Act as the liaison between Product Management, Industrial Engineering, RA/QA, Operations, and global R&D teams; regular interaction with stakeholders who communicate primarily in Mandarin and/or German
