What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Language German B2/C1, English C1, Experience managing end-to-end projects in operational, technical, or field-based environments, ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, Understanding of project financials, cost tracking, and forecasting, Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams, Ability to identify and manage risks proactively
Nice to Have
Experience in wind, renewable energy, or industrial services, Familiarity with safety and quality documentation (RAMS, permits, QC reports), Experience working with international field teams or subcontractors
What You'll Do.
Manage projects end-to-end
from purchase order to final report and customer sign-off
Act as the main customer contact during project execution
Coordinate daily with Field
and MRO teams to ensure execution readiness
Own project schedules
and reporting using project management tools
Manage project financials
including cost control
and margin protection
and compliance documentation is in place before execution
Drive project closeout and lessons learned within 10 days after completion
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Field teams, Planning, Operations, Sales, Finance, and customers to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement; Coordinate daily with Field, Planning, FSM, and MRO teams; Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
