Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in related field, Minimum 7+ years of experience in project administration/management, demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end project execution and overall project health, Hands-on experience managing projects in manufacturing settings involving powder, Advanced operational, technical, and people/process management skills, ability to work cross‑functionally, build internal and external customer relationships in a customer‑facing environment, Expert understanding of multiple functional processes and technologies, strategic impact of the function across locations, execution and communication skills, on‑time delivery, clear stakeholder communication, effective use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for reporting and analysis, Deep knowledge of Flex operations and business practices, demonstrated expertise in complex technical or functional prior experience leading or managing small teams
