In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. Join DH Pace as a Project Manager in our Carpentry Group located in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will drive project success by overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of carpentry projects. Your expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and submittals will be critical in delivering high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all aspects of carpentry projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules by working closely with General Contractors and Contractors. Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports. Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure all submittals are completed accurately and on schedule. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure project specifications are met. Qualifications: Two (2) or more years of Project Management experience in Construction or related field preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and submittals effectively Strong partnership skills with General Contractors and other stakeholder Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments #PaceID1 What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage — available your first full month Generous paid time off plus paid holidays and floating holidays Company-paid life insurance, short-term
