What You'll Do.
Lead turnkey electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects
Manage field coordination
Manage client communication
Manage concurrent EVSE installation projects
Serve as primary point of contact for customers
Maintain clear communication
Set customer expectations
Drive projects from kickoff through closeout
Lead on-site execution for critical milestones
Resolve scope changes
Resolve logistics challenges
Resolve site-specific constraints
Develop and manage bills of materials
Partner with Procurement team
Coordinate vendor shipping logistics
Coordinate material staging
Coordinate internal teams on utility incentive requirements
Coordinate rebate program requirements
Ensure accurate documentation
Conduct post-installation site verification
Conduct compliance walkthroughs
Confirm project performance
Support incentive qualification
Deliver complete closeout packages

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude for EV charging systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager - EVSE role requires regular travel (25-40%) to support critical milestones, site conditions, and field execution needs. When not traveling, this position will be based in-person in our Vancouver, WA office. This position has a hiring range of $92,000 - $135,000.
