What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments for professional services and/or BPO, Startup and high-growth experience required, Experience working on SaaS and/or tech-enabled service implementations, Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, Experience working with or supporting multiple enterprise clients with C-level key stakeholders
Nice to Have
Consulting experience strongly preferred, healthcare experience a plus, Ownership mindset, Get it done” mentality, Smart hustle, Comfort with complexity and ambiguity, Assertive communicator, Growth mindset
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise client programs
Serve as the primary project lead for clients
Drive structured implementation plans
Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery

Communicate clearly and consistently on progress

Partner closely with Product
Translate client needs into clear internal requirements
Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable

Team & Collaboration
Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Engineering; Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Sales to align priorities and drive execution; Collaborate across teams, perspectives, and disciplines
