**Title:** Project Manager - Engineering **Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Project Manager – Engineering** to lead the execution of large, complex engineering projects across multiple sectors. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive engineering excellence across FEED, EPC, EPCm, and portfolio projects while ensuring alignment with client expectations, quality standards, cost, and schedule objectives. The ideal candidate will act as the primary technical liaison between the client and the organization, ensuring seamless coordination of multi-disciplinary teams and successful project delivery across all phases. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the engineering execution of large-scale projects across sectors such as **Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore), Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, and LNG** * Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs in line with **project scope, schedule, and budget** * Serve as the **technical authority** and primary interface for all engineering-related matters with clients * Coordinate and integrate **multi-disciplinary engineering teams** to ensure consistency and efficiency across project phases * Drive effective **planning, prioritization, and resource allocation** to manage competing demands * Identify, assess, and resolve **technical challenges and conflicts** proactively * Support **proposal development** , including scope definition, cost estimation, and execution strategy planning * Ensure adherence to **quality, safety, and sustainability standards** in all engineering deliverables * Build and maintain strong relationships with **clients, stakeholders, and internal teams** **Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:** * Strong leadership and demonstrated ability to manage **cross-functional engineering teams** * Excellent **communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills** * Proven track record of delivering complex projects for both **intern
