Must Have

Proven experience in project management for live events, hospitality, or experiential activations., organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple shows at once., Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally., Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot in high-pressure, fast-changing environments., Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel., Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event schedules., Highly adaptable to change and adjustments of schedule.

Provide on-site managerial support during load-in
