As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects, launches, and business initiatives. Role Overview The Project Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the business, overseeing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring day-to-day execution runs smoothly across the organization. The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination for marketing initiatives, coaching programs, launches, content projects, and operational priorities while helping leadership maintain visibility into progress, priorities, and outcomes. This role is ideal for a highly proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and can successfully manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
