Project management expertise: experience managing end-to-end digital or eCommerce projects in agile environments., Agile & tools proficiency: Working knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets., Digital commerce acumen: Understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and digital product lifecycles., Strategic thinking & prioritization: Ability to connect project execution to broader business goals and make trade-off decisions., Data-driven mindset: Comfort using analytics, insights, and performance metrics to inform decisions and improvements., Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams., Communication & storytelling: ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly to all levels of the organization., Organization & execution rigor: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., Adaptability & problem solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and solving complex operational challenges.
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end project delivery: Manage digital commerce initiatives across planning
and launch to ensure on-time
high-quality execution.
Drive cross-functional alignment: Serve as the central point of coordination across eCommerce
and external partners.
Translate strategy into execution: Convert strategic priorities and roadmap initiatives into clear project plans
Lead agile project management: Facilitate sprint planning
and workflow tracking across tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Manage requirements and documentation: Gather
and maintain detailed business and functional requirements
ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Drive communication and stakeholder visibility: Lead status updates
project communications
and executive reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.
Monitor performance and continuous improvement: Track post-launch performance and identify opportunities to optimize processes
and operational efficiency.
Support roadmap prioritization: Partner with strategy and analytics teams to evaluate initiatives based on business impact
Enable a culture of operational excellence: Continuously improve workflows
and processes to increase speed
and scalability of digital delivery.
