What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end project delivery: Manage digital commerce initiatives across planning
and launch to ensure on-time
high-quality execution.
Translate strategy into execution: Convert strategic priorities and roadmap initiatives into clear project plans
Manage requirements and documentation: Gather
and maintain detailed business and functional requirements
ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Monitor performance and continuous improvement: Track post-launch performance and identify opportunities to optimize processes
and operational efficiency.
Support roadmap prioritization: Partner with strategy and analytics teams to evaluate initiatives based on business impact
Enable a culture of operational excellence: Continuously improve workflows
and processes to increase speed
and scalability of digital delivery.

Team & Collaboration
Drive cross-functional alignment: Serve as the central point of coordination across eCommerce, product, technology, marketing, merchandising, and external partners.; Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.
