Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related design discipline (or equivalent experience), Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within an A/E or design-focused firm, Demonstrated experience managing design teams and design deliverables (not construction field execution)
Nice to Have
leadership, communication, and organizational skills, Proven ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and manage multiple priorities, Experience serving as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or discipline lead on design projects, Solid working knowledge of architectural and engineering design processes, interdisciplinary coordination, and document delivery, Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships, Pursue and maintain industry-relevant project management certifications (e. g. , PMP, AEC PMA), as applicable

Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams (architecture

and documentation requirements
Support business development efforts through client relationship management and contribution to proposals as needed
