Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master supporting technical or engineering teams, understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, Experience managing delivery for complex, multi‑stream technical initiatives, Familiarity working with data engineering, automation, or platform modernization efforts, organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage delivery and documentation, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders, Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across globally distributed teams, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on removing impediments and enabling teams
