Must Have
Five (5) years of technical experience, Two (2) years of experience on dataset projects, Experience evaluating linkage accuracy using statistical metrics, Knowledge of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies, Knowledge of PII and PPRL, Current professional certification commensurate with the role, Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
Nice to Have
Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred, Experience working with CMS or other large federal datasets, Experience supporting reproducible research workflows

Manage daily project execution for data linkage activities
Coordinate statistical and technical teams performing linkage activities
Track project schedules
Support documentation of linkage methodologies and quality metrics
Participate in Government meetings
Support preparation of status reports
