About the Position: Focused on projects in western Canada, the Construction Project Manager plays a key role in overseeing and guiding construction teams across all phases of a project—whether managing development initiatives, coordinating supply chain activities, handling project accounting, or driving the successful execution of construction work. ## What you do daily Manage the day-to-day construction activities simultaneous on multiple projects in Western Canada, to ensure they come in within the schedule and under budget Lead a team of external construction project managers Coordinate internal resources in support of Supply Chain management for Owner Furnished equipment and resources Advocates safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforces compliance with company and jobsite safety plan and policies and all safety-related regulations Lead establishing entitlements to support data centers developments including building permits and all other specific local AHJ processes and required approvals for construction. Identify expedited permit opportunities & work with local jurisdictions to enable
