What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, Project Management certification (e.g. PMP), 5+ years of progressive responsibility working in project management, Solid understanding of project management life cycle, documentation, techniques, and best practices, interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization, Experience with projects focused on policy development, process standardization, process improvement, and/or regulatory compliance, Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint)

Nice to Have

Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Health Science, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience, Change management certification (e.g. Prosci), Knowledge of trends and frameworks in data & analytics, Experience working in a complex, public sector organization or healthcare institution
