Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in facilities or infrastructure., Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation., Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)., communication and organizational skills., Basic understanding of critical systems (e. g. , HVAC, UPS, generators).
Nice to Have
PMP or CAPM certification (or in progress)., Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools., OSHA 10 or 30 certification., Exposure to data center or mission-critical environments.
What You'll Do.
Assist in managing project lifecycles from planning through closeout.
Support development of project scopes
Coordinate with internal teams
Monitor project progress and help resolve issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting.
Participate in procurement and vendor selection processes.
Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
