Must Have

Associate's degree in a technical field with 2 years of relevant field experience or 4 years of equivalent experience in the building automation industry, Experience programming control panels, preferably for HVAC systems, Proven experience managing projects, Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, independent work ethic and problem-solving skills, Proficiency with computers and related tools

Nice to Have

Experience in the HVAC controls industry, 2+ years of project management experience, Knowledge of project accounting and costing principles, Hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC control systems

Lead project execution for control systems

Manage project financials

Maintain customer relationships
