5 years of experience in Construction, Blueprint reading, Building codes, Municipal requirements, Fire code, Construction technology methods, Industry practices, Estimating, Budgeting, Scheduling, General safety, Budget forecasting, Creating spreadsheets, Troubleshooting, Project planning, Interpreting legal documents, Accounting, Interpreting specs and standards, AutoCad, Blubeam, PowerBI, Lease analysis, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Acrobat Professional
Nice to Have
Experience with Yardi ERP system
What You'll Do.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Manage projects for Zoning Amendments
Manage projects for Site Plan Approval
Manage projects for Variances
Maintain knowledge of Municipal processes
Direct Tenants and Partners regarding Municipal processes
Manage direct reports
Prepare accurate reports
Assist with risk analysis
Assist with risk mitigation
Research innovative construction ways
Prepare construction budgets
Prepare construction scheduling
Support project creation
Oversee tendering processes
Provide tender analysis
Manage multiple projects
Ensure disruption to operations is limited
Ensure projects stay on time
Ensure projects stay on budget
Perform contract administration
Review approval of budget revisions
Support Property Management group
Ensure Landlord requirements are met
Ensure municipal requirements are met
Provide Tenant approval to begin construction
Participate in internal initiatives
Participate in external initiatives
Perform other duties as required
