Oversee tendering processes

Provide tender analysis

Here, you’ll find opportunities to learn, lead, and make an impact every day. ## RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing, Procurement, Contractors, Consultants, Designers, Architects, Municipalities and Tenants on various projects; Manage and/or support projects to obtain Zoning Amendments / Site Plan Approval / Variances as required; Have and maintain knowledge of Municipal processes leading to planning related approvals and permissions. Liaise with and direct Tenants and Partners regarding Municipal processes leading to planning related approvals and permissions. Manage and support direct reports, which include Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators; Prepare accurate and timely reports, including but not limited to; quarterly accruals, monthly / quarterly reforecasts, PSR (Project Status Report) Updates; Assist with risk analysis and mitigation throughout a project life cycle; Be active and up to date on new construction practices, research innovative ways to build efficiently and expeditiously; Prepare construction budgets and scheduling for internal approvals; Support the creation of proje
