What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in conducting Energy Audits, Retro-Commissioning, or Net Zero Carbon Audits, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Sciences, Architecture, or a similarly applicable field, Possess a valid driver's license, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, Proficiency with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM), Experience with building performance regulations and compliance reporting, understanding of building MEP systems, controls, and energy efficiency measures
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in engineering, sustainability management, or real estate, P. E. and/or C. E. M. certification, Knowledge of North American building performance standards (e.g., WA CBPS, OR BPS, Boston BERDO), Working knowledge of RETScreen, Experience with building analysis software (e.g., IES VE, EnergyPlus, DOE2/eQuest, cove. tool)

We are currently seeking an execution-focused Project Manager to join our Sustainability Consulting practice, preferably based in the Tri-State area within the US. This role will work closely with and support Senior Project Managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. **What this job involves** **Project Execution & Delivery (90%)** The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the hands-on execution and delivery of decarbonization initiatives, energy audits, and regulatory compliance projects. This role will focus on the timely and cost-effective completion of client deliverables. The Project Manager will ensure strong project management practices, maintain effective communication with clients, and foster collaborative relationships to ensure smooth and successful delivery of all projects. Key responsibilities include: * **Energy Audits and Decarbonization Projects** * Conduct ASHRAE Level 1, 2 and 3 energy audits, Net Zero Carbon assessments, and retro-commissioning projects.
