Identify program risks and issues related to facilities and infrastructure, and develop mitigation strategies
Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred or ability to obtain), Must reside in or be willing to work in the Wright-Patterson AFB, OH area, Moderate travel requirements
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business, or related field, Minimum of 10+ years of experience supporting DoD or USAF programs, Demonstrated experience as a Staff Action Officer (SAO) or supporting MAJCOM-level staffing processes, Direct experience with USAF Civil Engineering (CE) processes, including project planning and execution, Experience preparing and processing DD Form 1391 and related facility programming documentation, Experience supporting MILCON, facility sustainment, or infrastructure projects, Knowledge of design review processes for government facility projects, Experience supporting secure facility construction requirements, including coordination with security stakeholders, Familiarity with SCIF planning, design, and accreditation processes, Knowledge of applicable standards (e.g., ICD 705, UFCs, DoD facility criteria), Experience managing program cost, schedule, and performance, coordination and communication skills across government and contractor teams, Experience preparing executive-level briefings and staff packages, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred or ability to obtain), Must reside in or be willing to work in the Wright-Patterson AFB, OH area
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a relevant discipline, PMP certification or DAWIA Program Management certification, Experience supporting AFGSC or AFLCMC organizations, Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, Experience working directly with base Civil Engineer organizations, Familiarity with facility-related budgeting and programming (POM process), Experience coordinating with Intelligence Community stakeholders for secure environments

Manage program execution across WNS and AFGSC initiatives, including cost, schedule, performance, and risk, Experience managing program cost, schedule, and performance
