What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in Civil Engineering (AEI or TEI), At least 8 years of site experience in building projects, Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), Very good knowledge of PC and MS Office, Strong administrative and organizational skills, Ability to manage teams, budget, quality, and safety issues, Ability to identify and solve technical and organizational problems, Flexibility and adaptability to changes and unpredictable situations, Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with clients and partners, Understanding of administrative processes and structures of large technical companies, Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and basic terms of project contracts

Organize and manage construction activities
Coordinate site engineers and team members
Monitor work progress and budget adherence
Ensure technical specification compliance
Oversee site health and safety
Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
Communicate with clients
Manage technical and contractual issues
Participate in decision-making
Prepare reports for management
