Must Have
4+ years’ experience as a civil engineer / project manager within a consultancy environment, demonstrated expertise in project management, Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or similar, Demonstrated experience in Greenfieldrownfields Subdivision and Infrastructure projects, A thorough understanding of Civil engineering principles, A thorough understanding of land development and delivery process, The ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and within tight timelines
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Autocad advantageous
