Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company, Excellent listening and communication skills, has an uncanny ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood, Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications, Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking exceptional emotional intelligence understanding of project management and data analysis critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Exceptional research and reporting skills, Exceptional use of judgement and discretion, Able to read, write, and fluently speak and comprehend the English language
What You'll Do.
Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects
Accelerate the development and adoption of novel therapeutics
Manage assay development and clinical testing
Manage biorepository/sample management and logistics
Manage kitting for client studies
Ensure project plans are translated into action and results
Lead internal cross-functional teams
Lead and manage all aspects of designated protocols
Accountable for overall project performance and client satisfaction
Provide internal consulting on project management issues
Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement
Serve as the cross-functional lead for assigned projects
Monitor operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budget
Prepare and maintain process documents
Mentor junior Project Managers
Lead projects from conception through close-out
Ensure detailed planning and execution
Manage communication and stakeholder management
Manage scope and cost control
Create and manage project timelines
budgets and revenue goals
Compare to contracted project scope(s)
Explore new ideas that optimise quality and efficiency
Maintain detailed daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities
Delegate responsibilities to carry out contracted work activities
Lead implementation of new and ongoing studies
Coordinate the development and implementation of new projects
and report on project timelines
Communicate with clients and collaborators with regards to data management
Respond in a timely manner to all events
Coordinate data gathering
Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings
Prepare reports and correspondences to clients
Meet all revenue objectives assigned to projects
Manage project expenses
Manage client billing
Evaluate contract/project budgets monthly
Report unexpected variances to department director
Create/track/report relevant metrics for business and project measurement
Identify out of scope projects
Escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties
Manage all tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Ensure client expectations are met and are delighted
and evolve all documentation associated with project(s) to approvable status
Assess and mitigate technical
Ensure that work product complies with design and performance standards
regulatory environment and client expectations
Enforce standards applicable to each step in project execution
and assist in resolution of operational issues
Monitor assignments and adjust priorities and work schedule to meet deadlines and provide high quality deliverables
Complete additional tasks needed in support of project

Precision for Medicine is hiring a Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services to work remotely from Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain or UK. Position Summary: This role will lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across a range of disciplines all with the focus on accelerating the development and adoption of novel therapeutics. This includes assay development and clinical testing, biorepository/sample management and logistics, and kitting for client studies spanning the globe. This is a key role which is client-facing, ensuring project plans are translated into action and results, requiring internal cross-functional leadership. Leads and manages all aspects of designated protocols and is accountable for overall project performance and client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects. Provides internal consulting on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. Serves as the cross-functional lead for assigned projects and monitors operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budget. Prepares and maintains process documents and mentors junior Project Managers.
