Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company, Excellent listening and communication skills, has an uncanny ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood, Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications, Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking exceptional emotional intelligence understanding of project management and data analysis critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Exceptional research and reporting skills, Exceptional use of judgement and discretion, Able to read, write, and fluently speak and comprehend the English language

lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects
accelerating the development and adoption of novel therapeutics
assay development and clinical testing
biorepository/sample management and logistics
kitting for client studies
ensuring project plans are translated into action and results
internal cross-functional leadership
Leads and manages all aspects of designated protocols
accountable for overall project performance and client satisfaction
meeting their needs and expectations throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects
Provides internal consulting on project management issues
identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement
Serves as the cross-functional lead for assigned projects
monitors operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budget
Prepares and maintains process documents
mentors junior Project Managers
Leads projects from conception through close-out
ensuring detailed planning and execution
communication and stakeholder management
scope and cost control

Identify out of scope project escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties
Manage all tasks in an efficient and timely manner

and evolve all documentation associated with project(s) to approvable status
Assess and mitigate technical
Ensure that work product complies with design and performance standards

Precision for Medicine is hiring a Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services to work remotely from Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain or UK. Position Summary: This role will lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across a range of disciplines all with the focus on accelerating the development and adoption of novel therapeutics. This includes assay development and clinical testing, biorepository/sample management and logistics, and kitting for client studies spanning the globe. This is a key role which is client-facing, ensuring project plans are translated into action and results, requiring internal cross-functional leadership. Leads and manages all aspects of designated protocols and is accountable for overall project performance and client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects. Provides internal consulting on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement.
